Beer Factory
Not a single litre of beer has ever been brewed in this space, but its name has remained forever "glued" to the building and to the imagination of the people of Faro.
When you stand on the magnificent roof terrace of the factory, remember that at your feet is a building with a thousand-year history, which has already been an Islamic citadel, a medieval castle, a military barracks in the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries, an industrial alcohol factory, a warehouse for beer and various drinks and, today, a home to many arts.
Whew! If this isn't enough history, we don't know what is!
