A remarkable building in Faro, designed by architect Jorge de Oliveira and inaugurated in 1958, it was built to house the administrative services of the then Algarve province. In the 60's of the 20th century, it was also installed the Algarve Regional Museum, idealized, conceived and realized by the great plastic artist and filmmaker Carlos Porfírio.
Visiting its roof during the festival is a unique opportunity to visit an area normally inaccessible and closed to the public.
