JP Simões
Singer, songwriter, lyricist, storyteller and playwright, JP Simões has been releasing albums since 1995, with Pop Dell'Arte, Belle Chase Hotel, Quinteto Tati and solo or in collaboration with other songwriters.
He participated in the 2018 Song Festival with "Alvoroço", which won the prize for best popular song at the Portuguese Society of Authors' 2019 Authors Award Gala, having also released the albums "Tremble Like a Flower" and "Drafty Moon" in 2016 and 2021, under the pseudonym Bloom.
Live, he performs solo, with a repertoire that spans different phases of his career.
